Mr. Qasim has been involved with various stages of company growth, including start-up, acquisition, and mergers, having done due diligence both on the buy and sell side, valuations, projections, budgeting with variance analyses, financial modeling, business planning, strategy, coordination with boards of directors and investors. He also has experience in market analysis, developing accounting policies and reporting systems, dealing with regulators, and restructuring business processes.
